An evening full of STORIES!

Gather round and come and listen to traditional Gwynedd stories and legends, told by Carol Pearce and the Dragon Storytellers. The ancient tales of Barmouth and North Wales will be brought to life at the Dragon's second Welsh Whisperers event. You will hear about magical events, kings and queens, lands lost to the sea and much, much more.
Carol Pearce discovered the power of Story in 2014 at the School of Storytelling, East Sussex. Since then, Carol has been telling folk tales, wonder tales and myth, in English and Welsh, to a variety of audiences, largely in mid-Wales. She is also an avid researcher of local history and traditions, and shares these stories too, through storywalks at places where stories unfolded. www.carolpearcestoryteller.co.uk
This is the second of a year of monthly storytelling events both for adults and for children, with other storytellers joining our Dragon Storytellers in recounting the captivating tales of our beautiful country. The project is funded through one of Menter Môn's programmes, Grymuso Gwynedd, which has been funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, with financial support also from Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) on behalf of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA).

Suitable for age 12 - 120.

Tom Jones

by Tony Scarth

mawddach
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

Tony is A Boy from Nowhere… Unique, exciting and undeniably accurate - His show is the closest thing you will get to seeing Tiger Tom the Twisting Vocalist and hear growl forth his larynx of steel.
It all started back in March 2002 when Tony danced through those famous smoke screened doors in front of millions of viewers and announced tonight Mathew, I am going to be… Tom Jones!!!!
Appearing on ITV's cult series Starts in their Eyes was undoubtedly the pinnacle of Tony's career - after all tens of thousands applied each year and only a handful were picked to appear on the TV show.
